Sonja has lived in Seattle (almost) all her life. She worked in family business, non-profit, and higher ed before landing in the mental health field. Before THC, she worked in a large community mental health agency as a therapist and a supervisor. While the roles of wife, mom, daughter, and friend are the most important parts of her life, becoming a therapist and walking alongside people as they process loss and overcome challenges has made her life more meaningful.
