55+ Walking Group – Seward Park

Linda Dahl, MSW, RN will lead this walk around the Seward Park shore loop, a level, paved 2.4 mile walk.

Be sure to wear comfortable walking shoes and bring clothing layers, a water bottle, a snack, sunscreen, or anything else you’ll need to spend a few hours walking outside.
