We’re so excited to present our 2016 Oktoberfest!

  • We’ll have fine beer and wine
  • Fred Northup will lead us through a lively auction and special appeal – he’s worth the price of the ticket!
  • Most important of all will be stories and moments of gratitude from our clients

We only have 200 tickets to sell, so please register today to guarantee your spot.

Tickets are $100 per person and $1000 per table of 10.

Please join our Community of Hope, which sustains our programs.

May Walk- May 21, 2016

We have chosen a date for our 2016 May Walk- It will be May 21st, 2016 at Genesee Park again. If you would like to be a fundraising champion please contact Development Director Stephanie Murray –

Thank you for all who attended our 2015 Annual May Walk on Saturday May 30th. We had a beautiful day at Genesee Park and Playfield and were able to honor our loved ones with over 80 clients, staff, and volunteers.

From the voice of one of our treasured walkers, the Walk was “an opportunity to see familiar faces, as well as people who I hadn’t seen in a couple of months and I’m not sure when I’ll see them again… I can’t imagine being where I am now–physically, emotionally, and socially, without what the Healing Center provided and continues to provide me”.

We are leaving our  May Walk fundraising site open through June for any final donations: or visit next year’s site here!

The Ripple of Giving was truly felt as hundreds gave to benefit the programs of Inspire Youth Project and The Healing Center. Thank you to everyone who attended, volunteered, or donated items. We’re partnering with the Detlef Schrempf Foundation &  Inspire Youth Project again this year to put on our FABULOUS annual Gala & Auction.  We need lots of volunteer help to make sure our auction is a HUGE success – can you give us a hand?

There are many different ways to volunteer – you can find out about and sign up for them HERE.  Lend us your energy and enthusiasm, and help us make sure grieving families in your community have the support they need when they need it.
