We're hiring an Operations Manager
The Operations Manager role is the glue that holds our organization together, ensuring that the administrative support functions – customer service, business administration, records keeping, information systems, communications, human resources, development, and program support – are executed in a timely manner.
This position reports to the Center Director and works collaboratively with the director and program staff as well as contracted specialists in areas of bookkeeping, info systems, website management, development and grant writing.
The candidate must have a positive and supportive attitude and strong belief in The Healing Center’s mission and vision. In addition, the ideal candidate must be able to work independently, seek creative solutions to dynamic challenges, and balance and prioritize multiple demands.
